FROM MILAN MALPENSA AIRPORT

Take the motorway North following MILAN/VARESE then follow the signs to COMO CHIASSO. You will come across road tolls as you come off the motorway. Take VIA channels where you can pay by credit card.

When you start seeing signs for Como, ignore them and take the very last exit to "COMO LAKE”.It is just after a tunnel so don’t miss it otherwise you will end up in Chiasso and the Swiss customs! 

Follow signs to MENAGGIO. Drive down the road off the motorway to the roundabout then take the 3rd exit direction MENAGGIO.  Almost immediately,  take left fork up slip road onto the main lake road which enters a long tunnel directly off the road. This takes you directly onto the SS340 going north up the lake and you don't have to go through the city of Como.

Enjoy the drive! Take your time as you meander through narrow, picturesque lake towns.

After you drive through the village of Lenno the next village is Mezzegra, our village (in the district of Azzano).  In Mezzegra turn left after the small CRAI supermarket on left, then take the left fork immediately.  Drive uphill past Mussolini’s house (where he was executed in April 1945), follow the road as it bends sharp right, then take next left turn. Follow the road uphill and continue straight onto via LUIGI CANTONI. Drive slowly through the narrow gap between the little church, past Hotel Celeste, then continue straight uphill. Turn LEFT opposite the road mirror on right into the narrow descending drive. This is via LUIGI CANTONI 9 and we are number 9G, which is the last house at the bottom of the road on right. Please be careful to park in front of the house and not to block our neighbour’s parking to the left of us. if your car/s are too big you will have to unload and park on via Luigi Cantoni.
